General Conditions of Sale (Celebrity Creations Management Ltd)

Our Terms and Conditions were last updated in June 2024.

Please read them carefully before booking your Retreat Package.

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites, sales pages and payment portals of Celebrity Creations Management Ltd. Any natural or legal person who orders from the company via our secure payment platform, or by cheque or cash, is considered a "client".

Article 1a: Age Considerations

All Beauty in the World Retreats events and programs are for age 21+ unless otherwise stated within our promotions.

Parents/Guardians over the age of 21, at their own discretion and risk, may choose to bring their children (unless this is stated as forbidden on any specific trip), who will be under their own liability and responsibility for the duration of the trip, with no exceptions.

Celebrity Creations Management Ltd take on no liability or responsibility for participants under the age of 21 years and anyone below this age must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21+ who will have sole responsibility over that person under 21 years.

All minors under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent guardian who can show proof of status.

We do not recommend anyone attending our retreats under the age of 21 years, unless the retreat is expressly promoted and labelled as a 'family retreat'.

We are committed to the safety and enjoyment of all guests and therefore we have these restrictions in place to protect all guests. Many of our retreat activities are designed to be suitable for those 21+ years of age

Article 2: Placing Order

Placing an order on a site owned by Celebrity Creations Management Ltd, whether in part or full, signifies complete and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.

Article 3: Booking & Payments

Reservations: To secure a spot on the travel retreat, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances, so please be sure before booking.

Payment Schedule: The total cost of the travel package can be paid in full or in installments. Details of the payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking.

Late Payments: Failure to make payments by the agreed dates may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Article 4: Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation by the Client: All deposit payments are non refundable. When a deposit is made it is automatically used to secure your place on the retreat with our vendors. As a result it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. In exceptional circumstances, such as ill health, the deposit can be deferred to a forthcoming retreat. Deferred deposits will need to be used for same retreat, on a forthcoming date, where available, at the discretion of Celebrity Creations Management Ltd. Our decision is final.

Cancellation by Organiser: Should the retreat be canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund of payments made, including the deposit.

Article 5: Travel Insurance, Laws, and Visas

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, loss of luggage, and trip cancellation.

Participants who book our retreat packages must do their own due diligence to research their personal passport and visa requirements for the destination country/city of our retreats, including understanding the laws of the land being visited.

Celebrity Creations Management Ltd take no responsibility or liability for guests travel insurance, visas, travel documents , passports, legal requirements or similar, at any destination that we travel to.

Travel insurance and Visas are not included in any of our packages and participants must ensure that they have a valid passport and visa for travel, under the terms and laws of the country that they are visiting and the country that they are traveling from.

Article 6: Accommodation & Itinerary

Accommodation: Details of the accommodation will be specified in the travel brochure. Where specified, there may be various upgrades and 'add-on' options available for some retreat accomodations and activities, which will incur an additional charge. Where these options are available guests will be informed. Some packages do not have alternative accomodations or add-ons and must be booked as advertised only.

Any accommodations and activities that are included in the package, will always be shown and highlighted as "included" within our promotions and on our sales pages.

Itinerary Changes:* While every effort is made to adhere to the planned itinerary, adjustments may be necessary and will not result in a refund. Celebrity Creations Management Ltd is dedicated to providing an enjoyable and robust itinerary for all retreat participants.

Whenever an itinerary has to be adjusted we will always strive to replace it with activities and trips that we believe will be of benefit and satisfy our guests as a worthy equivalent to the previously scheduled activity.

Our decision on all itinerary activities will be final and participants will be automatically added to the new scheduled activity without the option of a refund.

Additional Note: Partner hotels and accommodations advertised for our retreats, may be changed at our discretion, at any point, should the need come up to do so.

We will inform customers immediately in the unlikely event that we need to change hotels / accommodation and we will ensure that a suitable alternative hotel / accomodations of the same star rating and similar style will be found as an acceptable replacement. Our decision on hotels and accommodations will be final and cannot be changed.

Article 7: Health and Safety

Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines and instructions laid out by the retreat organisers and local authorities. Failure to comply may result in removal from the retreat without a refund.

Article 8: Liability

Celebrity Creations Management Ltd is not liable for any injuries, ill health, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from the actions of any travel retreat participant, rep or affiliate attending and/or taking part on the retreat, or any other persons or circumstances encountered while on our retreats.

Article 9: Complaints

Any complaints should be addressed to the retreat organisers immediately to provide the chance to rectify the situation as promptly as possible.

Although we do not hold any responsibility or liability over the actions of any travel retreat participant, rep or affiliate attending and/or taking part on the retreat, or any other persons or circumstances encountered while on our retreats, we will do our very best to deal with any complaints to the best of our ability to keep up with our goal to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants attending our retreats.

Article 10: Privacy Policy

Personal information collected from participants will be used to facilitate the booking and travel arrangements and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

By booking a retreat you will automatically be opting in to being added to our participants mailing list. This is to allow us to contact you regarding any forthcoming payments and to inform you about the retreat that you are attending.

You can request to unsubscribe at any time and this will be actioned by us immediately.

Article 11: Client Flights & Travel

We do not currently provide flights or travel within or for our retreats.

Celebrity Creations Management Ltd takes no responsibility or liability over any flights or other travel booked by the client before or during the attendance of our retreats.

We provide the dates of our retreats and events on our sales pages, flyers and promotions and it or solely the responsibility of the client to book and facilitate their own travel arrangements to meet us at the locations booked.

Article 12: Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Article 13: Amendment to Terms

Celebrity Creations Management Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
