Yes! You can promote our retreats and experiences worldwide. While our main demographics are in the UK and the US, we welcome affiliates from across the globe to join us and tap into an unlimited income stream within the international market.
Travel representatives receive their commissions in full 100 days following the guest's payment. This delay ensures guests have completed their payment for the retreat without issues. Commission payments are processed through the Systeme.io platform and can be withdrawn directly to the reps' bank accounts.
1. Package Selection Pricing: Guests can choose from a range of packages and the pricing for each trip will vary. "Professionals in Dubai", for example, have a sharing package priced at £899 per person (2 pax) and a Solo Package costs £1199 for one pax.
2. Promotion and Sales: Official reps and promoters in the UK are responsible for promoting these packages. When they successfully sell a package, they earn a commission:
- £100 for the shared package (equivalent to £50 per guest)
- £50 for the solo package.
3. Availability and Agreement: It's essential to note that the availability of these packages can vary, and sales are always subject to availability agreements between the reps/promoters and the company.
No. You can't use another email address to sign up for your Affiliate's Dashboard Account, especially if you've already received an email from us containing your affiliate link and ID, and used it to promote our packages to your customers.
Ensure to enter your preferred email address during the sign-up process and keep it active to monitor your affiliate activities. Failing to do so may result in missing out on sales, important updates, and notifications.
1. The sales packages do not include flights by default. However, flights can be added to the package at an additional cost. But this is only done if a guest specifically requests to have a flight sourced and booked for them by the company. Most guests typically source and book their flights separately from the retreat package.
2. Breakfast is not included in the hotel package. While guests have the option to purchase breakfast upgrades separately, reps do not earn commissions on these upgrades.
3. Additional upgrades beyond the standard package offerings, such as side trips or other amenities, are not included. Beauty in the World Retreats offers additional upgrade options to guests after the initial booking, but again, there are no commissions associated with these additional purchases.
1. Commissions are paid in full 30 days after the guest pays to ensure a successful and issue-free experience.
2. Payments are managed through the Systeme.io platform, where reps receive a personal link to promote events.
3. Once a successful deposit is paid via the rep's link, Systeme.io automatically logs the sale/guest payment as earned commissions. This notifies both the representatives and the company.
4. Representatives can monitor their promotional performance, track link clicks, and view detailed sales information on their Systeme.io Dashboard account.
5. To withdraw your sales commission, go to "Affiliate Commissions Payment Settings" and select "Choose Payment Method." You can then choose to receive your commissions via Stripe, or other specified methods.
6. Full package payments must be completed by all parties by the payment deadline, ensuring commission safety for reps.
If a customer requests a refund, and it is approved through the system, you, as the representative, will lose your commission.
This is because the refunded amount would no longer be available, and as a result, the commission tied to that sale would be forfeited.
Yes. To make money with Beauty in the World Retreats via Celebrity Creations Management Ltd, you are required to be registered as self-employed. By agreeing to promote this trip and earn commissions on the sales of packages, you are confirming that you are registered as self-employed, which is mandated by British Law for such business arrangements.
Before guests pay their deposit, you should inform them about the refund policy to manage their expectations and disputes later on.
1. Non-Refundable: Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Commitment: Once the deposit or down payment is made, it commits the guest to the booking.
3. Loss of Funds: If the guest cancels for any reason, all monies paid, including the deposit, will be lost and are not subject to a refund or exchange under any circumstances. This is because all funds paid will have already been paid into their chosen package, therefore we cannot retrieve these funds from third-party travel operators once paid.
